Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring power ratings considerably higher than most comparable belts in the market due to advanced R&D efforts. The compound's ingredients are selectively chosen to match required power ratings, offering distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are available, making them suitable for specific industrial applications. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives, proving advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers must be used due to smaller heights.
