Pix-X'set®-XS are advanced V-belts designed for power transmission, offering significantly higher power ratings compared to standard belts of similar construction. The ingredients in the compound are meticulously selected to align with the required power ratings, enhancing both performance and safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, capable of handling maximum belt linear speeds of up to 30 m/sec, and operating efficiently within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making them suitable for various industrial applications. Primarily, they serve as replacements on industrial drives, and are particularly effective in special applications such as V-flat drives, as well as in scenarios where reverse idlers are needed due to their reduced heights.
