Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, showcasing considerable advancements in power ratings compared to similar construction belts available. The compounds used in their manufacturing are specifically selected to meet the required power ratings, providing benefits such as enhanced power ratings and improved safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily, these belts are used as replacements on industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for specific applications like V-flat drives. They also offer advantages for applications requiring reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
