Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission sector, featuring enhanced power ratings that surpass most belts of similar construction available on the market. The R&D team has selectively chosen ingredients for the compound to align with the required power ratings, resulting in both increased performance and safety for critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can achieve a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec. They operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C, and ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements for industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications like V-flat drives. Their design also provides advantages in systems where reverse idlers are required, due to their smaller heights.
