Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, designed to achieve power ratings considerably higher than most belts of the same construction available in the market. The carefully selected ingredients in the compound match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives; they also offer benefits in scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
