Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring a combination of advanced materials and construction techniques. This product line is designed with oil-resistant and antistatic properties, allowing for maximum belt linear speeds of up to 30 m/sec. The belts can operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C, ensuring functionality in various conditions. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for applications requiring enhanced safety. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements on industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. Additionally, their design offers advantages in scenarios where reverse idlers must be utilized, due to their reduced heights. The continued efforts of R&D have enabled Pix-X'Set®-XS to achieve power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction, enhancing safety on critical drives while utilizing selectively chosen ingredients in the compound to match the required power ratings.
