Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission scenario, featuring advanced R&D that has enabled them to achieve power ratings significantly higher than most belts with similar construction available in the market. The compound's ingredients are selectively chosen to match the necessary power ratings, providing distinct advantages including increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specialized applications. These belts are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. They are particularly advantageous in scenarios that require reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
