Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. The continued efforts of our R&D have enabled us to achieve power ratings considerably higher than most of the belts with the same construction available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with ATEX certified FRAS options also available, making them suitable for a variety of industrial applications, including as replacements on industrial drives and in special applications like V-flat drives, particularly where reverse idlers must be used due to smaller heights.
