Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission applications, demonstrating power ratings significantly higher than other belts with similar constructions in the market. These belts are engineered from carefully selected compounds that enhance their performance, providing increased power ratings and improved safety for critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and an operating temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specific requirements. These V-belts are primarily utilized as replacements in industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for specialized applications such as V-flat drives, and their design advantages make them suitable for use with reverse idlers due to their smaller height specifications.
