Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts in the power transmission market, designed through extensive R&D efforts to achieve significantly higher power ratings than most similar belts available. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet required power ratings, offering advantages such as increased safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified frictional resistance and anti-static (FRAS) belts are available. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives and are also recommended for specific applications like V-flat drives and scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
