Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market due to selective ingredient choices in the compound. The belts possess several features including oil resistance, antistatic properties, and a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec. They can operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C, and ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, with classical belts being suitable for special applications such as V-flat drives. Additionally, they offer advantages in scenarios where reverse idlers are employed due to their smaller heights.
