Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The compound's ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, offering advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are particularly advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers must be utilized due to their smaller heights.
