Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, featuring significant advancements in power ratings compared to most belts of similar construction available on the market. The compound ingredients are carefully selected to meet specific power ratings, resulting in enhanced performance and improved safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of achieving a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec. They operate effectively within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C, and ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for added safety in hazardous environments. Primarily intended as replacements for industrial drives, these classical belts are particularly beneficial in specialized applications, such as V-flat drives, and in situations where reverse idlers are employed due to their reduced height.
