Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings considerably higher than most belts with similar construction available in the market due to ongoing research and development efforts. The compounds used are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives and are particularly suited for special applications like V-flat drives. Their design is advantageous in situations where reverse idlers must be used, as they have smaller heights.
