Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The carefully selected ingredients in the compound are designed to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of maximum linear speeds up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specific applications. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives and are advantageous in scenarios that require reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
