Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, distinguished by their superior power ratings compared to conventional belts of similar construction. These belts utilize selectively chosen compound ingredients that enhance their performance, providing advantages in both power ratings and safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specific applications. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives, and they are recommended for special applications, such as V-flat drives, as well as scenarios that require reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
