Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts in the power transmission market, achieving power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction. The compounds are formulated with carefully selected ingredients to meet specific power ratings, enhancing both power capacity and safety for critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making them suitable for various industrial applications, primarily as replacements for industrial drives. They are particularly recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous where reverse idlers must be used due to their smaller heights.
