Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring significant advancements achieved through continuous R&D efforts that allow for power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction on the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, and they are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and situations where reverse idlers must be used due to smaller heights.
