Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, developed through extensive R&D to achieve power ratings significantly higher than comparable belts on the market. The compounds used are specifically selected to meet required power ratings, providing benefits such as enhanced power ratings and improved safety for critical drives. These V-belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified flame-resistant anti-static (FRAS) belts are also available. They are primarily employed as replacements in industrial drives and are particularly effective for V-flat drives and applications involving reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
