Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market due to the selective choice of ingredients in the compound. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can operate at a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specific applications. Primarily, these belts are used as replacements on industrial drives, and they are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. Additionally, these belts offer advantages in scenarios where reverse idlers must be utilized due to their smaller heights.
