Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission market, showcasing advancements in power ratings that exceed most competitors with similar construction. These belts are crafted using selectively chosen ingredients in their compound to achieve superior power ratings and safety margins on critical drives. They are oil resistant, antistatic, and can operate at a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specialized applications. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives, and their classical design is particularly effective in unique use cases like V-flat drives and scenarios requiring reverse idlers, benefiting from their reduced height.
