Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring increased power ratings compared to most belts of similar construction on the market due to the selective choice of compound ingredients. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for use in potentially explosive environments. Primarily, these belts are utilized as replacements on industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. Their design also proves beneficial in scenarios requiring reverse idlers, thanks to their smaller heights.
