Pix-X'Set™-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The compound ingredients have been selectively chosen to achieve required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can operate at a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, particularly advantageous in setups requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller height.
