Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring enhanced power ratings superior to most belts of similar construction available on the market. These belts are formulated with selectively chosen compounds to achieve higher power ratings and provide increased safety on critical drives. Key features of the Pix-X'Set®-XS include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available, making them suitable for a variety of industrial applications. They are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, and classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. These belts are particularly advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers are required due to their smaller heights.
