Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission sector, boasting significantly higher power ratings than comparable belts on the market due to advanced research and development efforts. The compounds used in these belts are specifically selected to meet rigorous power rating requirements, promoting enhanced power capabilities and improved safety for critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily utilized as replacements in industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios where reverse idlers are necessary due to their compact height.
