Porta-King in-plant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 12' x 24' with a 2-wall design, providing a highly functional space suitable for various facility environments. This system incorporates Class A fire-rated materials and STC27 sound insulation for enhanced safety and noise control. The pre-engineered components are designed for easy installation, which minimizes downtime. Each order includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 2-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and corresponding hardware to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. Wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and fully interchangeable, while the factory-installed door frame locks securely into adjoining posts to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation support. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access and concealment of wiring. Additionally, all orders come with a standard electrical kit that includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets, all of which are U.L. labeled and feature a handy box for a neat installation. The Class A fire-rated steel panels consist of a heavy-duty 24 gauge siliconized polyester painted exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior, both laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, resulting in a durable and impact-resistant surface suitable for demanding environments.
