The Porta-King Inplant Office is constructed with gray vinyl hardboard for both interior and exterior surfaces, measuring 10' x 10' with a two-wall configuration, featuring Class C fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The complete kit contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware to match the specified sizes and layouts. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similar size panels. The included 3070 door is made from 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing, featuring a large vision lite painted to coordinate with the wall panels, and is factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging. It includes mechanical fasteners for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access and concealment of wiring. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes recessed 2' x 4' LED light fixtures, light switch, and specified quantities of 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box and cover plate for a finished appearance, all of which are U.L. labeled. The panels are constructed with a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight yet robust, impact-resistant surface suitable for industrial environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
