The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 12' with four walls, and is classified as Class C fire rated with an STC27 sound rating. Designed for easy and efficient installation, the kit includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. Each order contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, finished to match the wall panel surfaces and factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are supplied for secure installation above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates provided for concealing wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), complete with a handy box for attachment to the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All devices are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire-rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering a lightweight yet durable, impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments, available in gray and white color matches.
