The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel exterior, measuring 12' x 16' with a four-wall configuration. It is designed with Class A fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation, ensuring a highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, reducing downtime, and each order comes complete with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Included in every package are all necessary wall panels measuring 8' high and 3" thick, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 2-gauge steel with a large vision lite, as well as the appropriate hardware for constructing the specified sizes and floor plans. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners reinforcing the connection above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates provided to conceal wiring while allowing easy access during and after setup. Each order includes a standard electrical kit comprising 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with handy boxes for neat installation. All electrical devices carry the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated steel panels consist of a heavy-duty 24-gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior laminated to a 1/2" vinyl-finished drywall interior surface, both adhered to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, creating a durable, impact-resistant barrier suitable for harsh environments.
