The Porta-King Inplant Office is constructed with white vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior surfaces, measuring 10' x 20' with a 2-wall configuration. It features Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, providing a highly functional space ideal for various facilities. The kit includes all necessary components such as wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similar size panels, along with a 3070 right hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel, which has a large vision lite and is painted to match the wall surfaces. The door is factory-installed into a frame that securely locks into adjoining posts, minimizing the risk of door sag, and includes mechanical fasteners for additional reinforcement. The connecting posts serve a dual purpose as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for neat concealment and easy access to wiring during and after setup. Additionally, the standard electrical kit comprises U.L. labeled components, including 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all with a handy box that attaches to the back of the connecting post for a tidy finish. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, delivering excellent sound attenuation for noisier environments. The panels are available in both gray and white color options.
