The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and a gray painted steel exterior, with dimensions of 12' x 24' and a 3-wall construction. This office is designed with Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, providing a highly functional space within facilities. The system includes pre-engineered components that ensure easy installation to minimize downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The package contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware for construction. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and are interchangeable with panels of like size. The door features a 3070, 20-gauge steel construction with a right-hand swing and a large vision lite, finished to match the wall panel surfaces. It is factory installed within a frame that locks into adjoining posts, eliminating the risk of door sag, and comes with mechanical fasteners for reinforced connections. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are provided for easy access to the concealed wiring. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, along with a handy box for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, which enhances sound attenuation, making this office ideal for noisier environments. The color options available are gray and white.
