The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed with a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 10' x 16', featuring a 4-wall structure that complies with Class A fire ratings and includes STC31 sound attenuation, making it suitable for various facility environments. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime, and each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Every package contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and hardware for construction. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-sized panels. The door features a factory-installed frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sag, with mechanical fasteners provided for additional reinforcement. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included to conceal wiring while allowing convenient access. Additionally, each order is equipped with a standard electrical kit consisting of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all of which bear the U.L. label, with a handy box easily fastened to the back of the connecting post. The Class A fire-rated panels are constructed with a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid EPS insulating core (UL Class 1), providing excellent sound attenuation, ideal for noisy plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
