The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 16' x 20', designed with a 4-wall configuration that meets Class C fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation standards, thus creating a highly functional space within your facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation to minimize downtime, and each order includes detailed instructions alongside a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. Every order comprises all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware for constructing the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and are interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, painted to match the interior and exterior wall panel surfaces, and is factory installed into a frame that positively locks into adjoining posts to eliminate the risk of door sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce this connection, and the wall connecting posts function as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, all orders come with a standard electrical kit that includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), coupled with a handy box that can be easily attached to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All devices bear the U.L. label. The Class C fire rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface ideal for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
