The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 8' with a 3-wall configuration, designed with Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation to create a highly functional space within your facility. The kit comprises pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation, thereby minimizing downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list, as well as all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware needed to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and are interchangeable with like-sized panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, painted to match the wall panel surfaces. It is factory installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post, reducing the risk of door sag. Mechanical fasteners are supplied for above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce this connection, and the wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, which consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box easily fastened to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuating characteristics suitable for noisy plant environments and are available in gray and white color options.
