Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 10' x 20' with a 2-wall configuration. It is designed with Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, providing a highly functional workspace within any facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime, and each order includes detailed instructions with suggested floor plan layouts and an illustrated packing list. Included in every order are all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware for constructing the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels stand at 8' high, are 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door equipped with a large vision lite, finished to match both the interior and exterior wall surfaces. It is factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag, and mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce this connection. The wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for each post to conceal wiring while allowing for quick access during and after setup. A standard electrical kit is included with the order, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), with a handy box that attaches easily to the back of the connecting post, complemented by a cover plate for a neat finish. All devices carry the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering exceptional sound attenuation suitable for noisier plant environments. The panels are available in gray and white color options.
