The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 10' x 16' with a 4-wall configuration. It achieves Class A fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation, providing a highly functional space within a facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime, while every order includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. Included in every order are necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware for constructing the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with other like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 2-gauge steel, right-hand swing type featuring a large vision lite painted to match the interior and exterior panel surfaces, and is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce this connection. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, with included 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while allowing quick access during and after set-up. Additionally, all orders come with a standard electrical kit consisting of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), along with a handy box for easy fastening to the back of connecting posts and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated steel panels feature a heavy-duty 24 gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior surface, both laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, creating a durable, impact-resistant surface suitable for harsh environments.
