Porta-King inplant office features gray vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior applications, measuring 12' x 12' with a 3-wall configuration, offering Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation to create a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation to minimize downtime, along with detailed instructions that provide a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. Each order comprises all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 door, and hardware for constructing the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similarly sized panels. The door is a 20-gauge steel right-hand swing type with a large vision lite, factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners are provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate, while wall connecting posts serve as a vertical wiring chase, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring and facilitating access. A standard electrical kit is also included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets with a handy box that attaches to the back of the connecting post, all bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core for superior sound attenuation, making it suitable for noisy plant environments, and are available in gray or white color options.
