The Porta-King in-plant office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 10', with a 2-wall design that meets Class C fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation. Designed for easy installation, the kit includes all necessary components such as wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware tailored to the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and interchangeable with similar panels. The package includes a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel, complete with a large vision lite that matches the interior and exterior surfaces. The door is factory-installed within a frame that locks securely into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, and it is reinforced with mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. Additionally, the connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access and concealment of wiring. The standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all U.L. labeled, along with an easily fastened handy box and cover plate for a clean finish. The Class C fire rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight, durable, and impact-resistant solution perfect for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
