The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel exterior, measuring 12' x 20', with a three-wall design that meets Class A fire and STC31 sound ratings, creating a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and every order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order contains all necessary items such as wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, interchangeable with like-size panels, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and hardware for size construction specified. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to eliminate sag risk, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for concealing wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is provided, which includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, each with a handy box for easy fastening to the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices carry the U.L. label. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, ensuring outstanding sound attenuation suited for noisier environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
