The Porta-King in-plant office features a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 16' with a 3-wall design, designed for Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation. This highly functional space can be created anywhere within a facility using pre-engineered components that minimize installation downtime. Every order includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. The comprehensive package contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the wall panel surface, and all required hardware. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with panels of similar size. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, and mechanical fasteners are supplied for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. Additionally, wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while allowing easy access during and after setup. Each order also includes a standard electrical kit featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, along with a handy box for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation for noisier plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
