The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, designed with dimensions of 12' x 16', and constructed as a 2-wall system. It meets Class A fire ratings and has an STC31 sound rating, ensuring a highly functional space suitable for various environments within your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime. Every order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Included in the package are all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made from 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and all required hardware for assembly. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with other panels of the same size. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post, reducing the risk of sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with included 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, the standard electrical kit comprises 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures in specified quantities, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all equipped with handy boxes that attach to the back of connecting posts, ensuring a neat finish. All electrical components are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, making the setup ideal for noisy plant environments, and are available in matching gray and white colors.
