The Porta-King inplant office is constructed from white vinyl drywall and features dimensions of 12' x 16' with a 4-wall design. It offers Class A fire ratings and STC31 sound attenuation, creating a highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components streamline installation, reducing downtime, and every order includes detailed instructions along with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. Each order comprises all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and the associated hardware needed for assembly based on specified dimensions and layouts. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similarly sized panels. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining posts to prevent sagging, reinforced by mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. Each connecting post also serves as a vertical wiring chase, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing easy access during and after setup. The standard electrical kit included in each order features 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all appropriately mounted with a handy box on the connecting post and finished with a cover plate. Each electrical device is U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation suitable for noisy plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
