The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 16', with a 3-wall configuration that is designed for Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, creating a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, along with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order comes complete with all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite painted to match the wall panel surfaces, and all required hardware for assembly. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similarly sized panels. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. Additionally, the wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with included 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing easy access. A standard electrical kit is also provided, which includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box for installation on the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a tidy finish. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering excellent sound attenuation properties ideal for noisy environments. The panels are available in gray and white color options.
