The Porta-King in-plant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 12' x 16' with a 4-wall configuration. It is designed with Class A fire ratings and STC27 sound insulation, making it suitable for various functional spaces within your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware necessary to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels stand 8' tall, are 3" thick, and are interchangeable with similar size panels. The door is a 3070, 2-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, finished to match the interior and exterior surfaces, and is factory-installed into a frame that positively locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce the connection. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and each post includes 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while allowing for quick access. The standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets with a handy box and cover plate for a finished look, with all devices bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated steel panels feature a heavy-duty 24 gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior, both laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing a durable, impact-resistant surface ideal for harsh environments.
