The Porta-King in-plant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 12' x 12' with a 3-wall configuration, designed to create a highly functional space within your facility. The structure is constructed with Class A fire-rated materials and has an STC27 sound rating. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation to minimize downtime, along with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order comes with all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware for the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similarly sized panels. The door is a 3070 model, made of 2-gauge steel, featuring a right-hand swing with a large vision lite that matches the panel surfaces. This door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining posts, preventing sag, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for concealing wiring while allowing quick access. The standard electrical kit consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities specified), which come with a handy box and cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled, and the Class A fire-rated steel panels consist of a heavy-duty 24-gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior, laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing a durable, impact-resistant surface suitable for harsh environments.
