The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed with gray vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior applications, measuring 12' x 12' with a two-wall configuration. It features Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, creating a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components which facilitate quick installation, minimizing downtime, along with detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, and an illustrated packing list. Each order contains all necessary wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and hardware for construction. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners supplied for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included for concealing wiring while allowing easy access during and after installation. Additionally, the package includes a standard electrical kit comprising 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box for a neat finish, all bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing exceptional sound attenuation suitable for noisy plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
