The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 10' x 20' with a 4-wall design, offering Class A fire rating and STC31 sound control for a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes all necessary components for assembly, such as detailed installation instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and mechanical fasteners to reinforce connections. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates provided for each post to conceal wiring while allowing for easy access. Additionally, an electrical kit comprises 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box for installation on the connecting post and a cover plate. All electrical components are U.L. labeled. The panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, ensuring excellent sound attenuation suited for noisy environments. Color options include gray and white, delivering both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
