The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed for creating highly functional spaces within a facility, featuring gray vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior use, and measuring 10' x 20' with a 4-wall configuration. This structure meets Class A fire ratings and provides STC31 sound attenuation, ensuring a safe and quiet environment. Each order includes pre-engineered components that are easy to install, along with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The kit contains all necessary components, including 8' high, 3" thick interchangeable wall panels, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel complete with a large vision lite painted to match the wall panels, and hardware for assembly. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks securely into the connecting posts, minimizing the risk of sagging. Additionally, mechanical fasteners for installation above and below the top hinge plate reinforce the connection. The wall connecting posts function as a vertical wiring chase, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included to conceal wiring while providing easy access. The standard electrical kit consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, with handy boxes to ensure a neat appearance. All electrical devices carry the U.L. label. The structure's panels are composed of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering excellent sound attenuation, making it suitable for noisier plant settings. The office is available in gray and white colors.
