The Porta-King Inplant Office features gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 10' x 20' with a 3-wall configuration, designed for high functionality within any facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime, and every order includes detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The kit contains all necessary wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, with a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door that includes a large vision lite, painted to match the wall panels. This door is factory installed in a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for installation reinforcement. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, featuring 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while allowing quick access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, with devices bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering excellent sound attenuation, making them suitable for noisier environments, and are available in gray and white color match.
