The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, with dimensions of 16' x 16' configured as a 3-wall structure. It is designed to provide a highly functional space within your facility, incorporating Class A fire-rated materials and STC31 sound attenuation. The pre-engineered components allow for simple installation, minimizing downtime. Every order includes detailed installation instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, and an illustrated packing list, as well as all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware for construction. The wall panels are 8' high and 3" thick, interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing type with a large vision lite, painted to match both the interior and exterior wall surfaces, and it is factory-installed into a frame that positively locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate for added reinforcement. The wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases, with included 8' high snap-in cover plates for wiring concealment and easy access. Additionally, each order comes with a standard electrical kit containing 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115 volt electrical outlets, along with a handy box that attaches to the back of the connecting post, providing a neat finish. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl-finished drywall interior and exterior laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, delivering exceptional sound attenuation, making them ideal for noisy plant environments, and are available in matching gray and white colors.
